The numerical and spiritual growth of the church lies within the basic discipleship of new believers and the ongoing maturing of its members. The iGrow Journey’s purpose is to produce mature Christians and to help others  through the different stages of their journey.

Every believer is a Disciple, but not every believer is being or has been Discipled

EmpAct Discipleship is implemented through group coaching of Lay leaders, Ministers and mature believers with  strong Christian experiences, who will then teach the iGrow curriculum to the church. This allows EVERYONE to grow; if iGrow – uGrow – weGrow.

The iGrow Journey 101- Connect

• Salvation & Forgiveness – Practical Christianity

This phase gives the new believer the basics on which to build a firm Christian foundation for a victorious Christian life. This also serves to connect guests and reconnect members to God,the church and each other.

 The iGrow Journey 201- Grow

• Faith Building Initiatives (FBI)

This phase allows individuals to focus on their spiritual growth, the principles of the faith and strengthens their Christian experience.

 The iGrow Journey 301- Serve 

• Ministry gifts and service

Individuals will now have the opportunity to discover purpose, ministry gifts, and talents from which to participate in various ministries. This would strengthen existing ministries, develop and mentor new leaders for current and new ministries, learn servant evangelism, and cultivate a servant’s heart.

The iGrow Journey 401 – Share

• Developing a heart for the Great Commission and be actively involved in evangelism and community outreach.

Individuals will be intentional in sharing the gospel through FRANgelism- Friend Relatives, Acquaintances and Neighbors. They will learn how to – Win to You , Win to Church, Win to God.
